      <title>Plum Organics Recalls Certain Baby Foods</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://plumorganics.com/pdfs/AppleCarrotBabyPouch.pdf"&gt;Plum Organics&lt;/a&gt; announced a voluntary recall of apple and carrot portable pouch baby food due to possible &lt;a href="http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5jG2vsTTAzeThMwJ9TWU16s25cj1gD9BEH4286"&gt;botulism contamination&lt;/a&gt;. According to the company, the product failed to meet FDA requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recalled food products were sold nationwide at Babies-R-Us and Toys-R-Us stores and have a &amp;ldquo;Best By&amp;rdquo; date of May 21, 2010 and UPC code: 890180001221.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The baby food may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, which can cause botulism, a serious and sometimes life threatening condition.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The affected baby food can be returned to any Babies-R-Us or Toys-R-Us store for a refund. The agency warns parents and caregivers to not use the products, even if they appear normal.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Benches Recalled By Ross Stores Due To Fall Hazard</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.rossstores.com"&gt;Ross Stores Inc&lt;/a&gt;., in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling 39&amp;rdquo; &lt;a href="http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09228.html"&gt;St. Anne Acacia Benches&lt;/a&gt; because the frame can collapse, posing a fall hazard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To date, the company has received to incident reports but no one was injured.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recalled benches are SKU 400037765413 and manufacturer style number GB1F printed on a hangtag attached to the bench.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The benches were sold nationwide at Ross Stores in March 2009.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Consumers are advised to stop using the benches and to return them to any Ross Store for a refund.&lt;/p&gt;
